75 minute, faster pace class with modifications for those who need them and additions for more advanced practitioners. All levels welcome. Limited props available; bring your own blocks, strap and (if desired) blanket/eye pillows for savasana. Vaccinated / boosted encouraged. Masks optional. Restrooms available. Doors locked during class time.
