All levels Yin class accessible to everyone. This class doesn’t flow like our other class offerings. Instead, we allow gravity to do the work. We’re on the floor, targeting connective tissues with long, passive holds that put a gentle, but deeper stretch on the fascia and ligaments, helping improve flexibility, joint mobility, and overall range of motion over time. Robin performs her Black Quartz Sound Bowls during savasana — these bowls are an integration of alchemy and shadow work that encourage grounding energy and provide stability and connection to the earth, protecting and facing the self. The powerful combination of these bowls and the practice of Yin yoga is rewarding and, with deeper introspection work, an excellent space for both body and mind. Restrooms available.
