Outdoor (weather permitting!) 75 minute, slow moving, jazz playlist class for all levels. Blocks and yoga strap strongly encouraged, bring your own. Dress in layers, as body temperature changes throughout your practice. If desired, bring blanket/eye pillows for savasana. Use restroom before arrival. Portajohn available if necessary.
