INDOORS: 75 minute, slow moving, jazz playlist class for all levels. Blocks and yoga strap strongly encouraged, bring your own. If desired, bring blanket/eye pillows for savasana. Vaccinated and boosted only. Masks on until you’re on your mat. Restrooms available.
