Enter 2024 with increased clarity and an enhanced connection to the natural rhythm of our own needs. This meaningful ceremony fuses reflection, a burning bowl offering, live music performed during savasana, and the same slow, easy, feel-good, jazz-infused yoga as our usual Sunday class.

Limited props available; bring your own blocks, strap and (if desired) blanket/eye pillows for savasana. Vaccinated / boosted only. Masks optional. Restrooms available. Doors locked during class time
